ALEX PLUS Easy Caulk Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone is a professional quality caulking product formulated to last. All purpose adhesive caulk is ideal for a wide variety of applications for interior and exterior use with the convenience of an aerosol container - no caulk gun needed. ALEX PLUS contains silicone which allows for excellent adhesion and flexibility to resist expansion and contraction without cracking. Provides a waterproof seal and prevents air and moisture from passing through cracks and joints thereby improving energy efficiency. Easy-to-use aerosol can provides perfect control for a smooth, consistent bead. Caulk in any direction with professional results, even in those hard to reach spots. Cured caulk is mold and mildew resistant. ALEX PLUS is paintable with latex and oil-based paints. Easy to use, easy to tool, low in odor, cleans up easily with soap and water, and has a low VOC content. Coverage: 54 LFT at 3/16 In. bead. 40 year durability.
